Actor Akshaye Khanna’s action drama ‘State of Seas: Temple Attack’ is scheduled for a dramatic release under a new title on July 4, 2025 – ‘Akhandam: Operation Vajra Shakti’.

Actor Akshaye Khanna’s 2021 OTT action drama ‘Seas of Seas: Temple Attack’ is ready to hit the Big Screen, this time under a new title – ‘Akshardham: Operation Vajra Shakti’. Nearly five years after its digital premiere, the film will be released in theaters on July 4, 2025.
Announcing the dramatic release of the film, the producers unveiled a new poster, with a ghost image of the temple pillars casting the silhouette of an armed commando.
The caption states, “Our salute for the special forces of the nation. A work of terror was found with unmatched bravery. The story of courage, sacrifice and survival is alive in theaters on July 4, 2025 in theaters in theaters in theaters.

Directed by Ken Ghosh, the film is a cinematic retailing of tragic 2002 terrorist attack on Akshardham temple in Gujarat And a brave counter-operation by India’s Elite National Security Guard (NSG) to neutralize terrorists.
The film acts as a standalone sequel Web Series’ State of Seas: 26/11‘, Which focused on the 2008 Mumbai attacks. This new installment honors the special forces of India with a powerful story contained in real events.
Akshaye Khanna led the artists as Major Hanut Singh, an NSG officer. A contingent of artists also includes Gautam riders, captain Rohit Bagga as Vivek Dahiya, Akshay Oberoi as captain Bibek and Abhilash Chaudhary as prominent terrorist Iqbal. Other major roles are played by Parvin Dabas, Sameer Soni, Abhimanyu Singh, Mir Sarwar, Manjari Fadnis, Chandan Roy and Shivam Bhaigwa.
The film is presented by Zee Studios and supported by Abhimanyu Singh in collaboration with contiloe pictures. The cinematography is edited by Tejal Shete, Editing by Mukesh Thakur, and by William Borterwick and Simon Fantujo.
