Actor Eric Dane, who arose for his character Mark Slone in ‘Gray’s Anatomy’, recently opened his ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) diagnosis. It leads to the degeneration of motor neurons in the brain and spinal cord, resulting in muscle weakness, twitch and eventually paralysis.
