Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan never fails to grab the headlines for all the exact reasons. Not only his impeccable acting skills, his kindness and bond with family, even his home Mannat is one of the most talked about things. It is like a superstar. The house is subject to renewal and SRK has moved to another place with its family. Now, his wife and interior designer Gauri Khan has dropped the beans to renovation work and shared that it is in progress. He also said that it should be completed by 2026.
In a chat with News18 recently, Gauri Khan, who personally designed every corner of Shah Rukh Khan’s prestigious home Mannat, offered a rare update about many of it. He revealed that the renewal work is currently going on and the honor 2.0 is expected to take shape within the next year.
Meanwhile, as the renovation work is in progress, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan are living with their children in a rented duplex in Suhana, Aryan and Abram Mumbai’s posh Pali mountainous areas, Bandra. The family has allegedly lease not one but two grand duplex apartments in Pooja Kasa, owned by filmmaker Vashu Bhagnani. According to reports, the amount of 3 years lease keeps the jaw for Rs 8.67 crore, causing the monthly fare to be around Rs 24 lakh.
On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan will next appear in the much awaited film King with his daughter Suhana Khan. Not only, but the director of Siddharth Anand will feature a star-stad dress including Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukherjee, Abhishek Bachchan, Jackie Shroff, Anil Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Abhay Verma, Saurabh Shukla and other celebs in important roles.
The film is set to hit theaters in the last quarter of 2026, with a launch window between 1 October and 31 December. This will facilitate SRK in the role of a deadly killer, which will close the horns in an intense face-off with Abhishek.
