Grover was one of the celebs expressing his dissatisfaction with the message that stood for the photo.

Grover, during an interview LallantopIt is not clear who is the person who is, but what he matters. The 45 -year -old shared that his ‘no’ comment was about that Kashyap had tried to express through that photo, and there was nothing with what he felt about ‘animal’.

“I have always admitted that I am never in support of a person or in his support. I am always in favor of an idea or I thought in that post, Mr. Kashyap was not defending the film, but the filmmaker – and defending his behavior. There was nothing in the post about the film, but all about the filmmaker, but all about the filmmaker.”

Grover, who has collaborated with many projects, said that he is not going to comment on people’s ideologies, no matter how divisively or politically wrong they are ‘. However, he said that he does not criticize or appreciates someone’s body, but ‘An artist’s defending is another matter’.

The popular writer mentioned Vanga’s problematic history on social media, and who says about him. Grover highlighted the post in which the director criticized lyricist Javed Akhtar.

“He is a filmmaker who is engaged in a quarrel on Twitter or social media, and behaves untoward. If I remember correctly, he also told Javed Saab that he cannot write or he has no feeling of writing, and he said it is very ego and rudeness,” Grover said.

He said, “So, I thought, if Mr. Kashyap had somehow defended the film, it would have been fine. I never said anything. I said ‘no’ because I thought: You are molding the filmmaker, not a film.”

The author then remembered how his comment immediately called Kashyap for clarification. Calling the director a rational person, Grover shared that he explained why he commented on his post, and Kashyap agreed with his clarification.

The stand-up comedian mentioned that ‘Kennedy’ director does not come from the place of ‘hierarchy’, and therefore, when something is explained, he tries to keep real efforts in understanding it.

“The best thing about Kashyap is that he never believed in a hierarchy. He doesn’t like, ‘Oh, how can you tell me this?” Or ‘I will not listen to this person.’ Such hierarchy is not present on his film set, nor in his life, “he said.

It was in January last year that Kashyap shared pictures of his meeting with Vanga and ‘most misunderstood, did justice and amended and modified the filmmaker at this time.’ His post came amid criticism of Wanga’s ‘Animal’, which was released in December 2023.

Apart from Grover, director Neeraj Ghaywan, who starred ‘Masan’, also expressed his disappointment with the post. He wrote ‘Cring’ in the comment section of the post.
