Zahan Kapoor reflects India’s two days on 2025 on the Conclave, the weight of his surname, his deep connections for the theater and his grandfather, Shashi Kapoor’s permanent heritage.
Bollywood actor Zahan Kapoor has India’s two days today Conclave 2025, where he spoke in the session, which was titled Star Warrant: New Kapoor on Block,

His session was hosted by India Today by Akshita Nandagopalan, who spoke to Zahan about various aspects of his life, including legendary Shashi Kapoor’s grandson and Vikramaditya Motwen’s black warrant with his big break.

Zahan shared that he comes from a family of hardworking actors and emphasized that despite carrying the nickname ‘Kapoor’, everyone, including his cousins Kareena, Karisma and Ranbir, put in immense attempts.

He also recalled about his grandfather, legend Shashi Kapoor, and said, “My grandfather separated himself in the context of how he lived. By the time I was born, he had already retired. One day, I came home from school and suddenly saw at our house to meet my grandfather. Then the same would happen.

Zahan also talked about working in Prithvi Theater and his experience of working in his breakout role as jailer Sunil Kumar Gupta. Black warrantHe shared, “I auditioned for this role, and recognized for it is incredibly satisfactory. One of the most rewarded moments when people say, ‘I saw it. I loved it. I love it. I love the role. I love the role,’ and then later realized, ‘I came to know that you are related to Kapor.”
