Kareena Kapoor’s cousin Zahaan Kapoor recently gave fans an update on Saif Ali Khan’s health and recovery. On January 16, the Devara actor was injured during a theft attempt at his home. Saif was stabbed six times while trying to save his family.

Speaking to Money Control, Zahan said, “I can’t comment on what the incident is because I think no one truly knows yet. I know he is safe right now and recovering.” As far as I know, he is completely fine.” I am out of danger. I am very grateful for this. This is undoubtedly shocking.”

Rahul Bhat, who co-stars with Zahaan in Black Warrant, also said. “Sometimes it shocks me. I can completely understand what he must have gone through. One cannot even think about it, and one cannot even imagine how horrific this incident is I pray to God to give him strength and get well soon.

The robbery took place at his Bandra West apartment around 2:30 am on Thursday, following which Saif was taken to Lilavati Hospital for surgery and further treatment.

Zahaan Kapoor is the grandson of Shashi Kapoor and Jennifer Kendall. He has been in the news since the release of his Netflix show Black Warrant. The 7-episode long series is based on the life of Sunil Gupta, a rookie jailer in Tihar Jail.
