Yash in talks with 20th Century Fox for global release of Toxic: Report
Yash is in preliminary discussions with 20th Century Fox for the global release of his upcoming film Toxic. The film is based on the post-independence era and is directed by Geetu Mohandas.
Kannada superstar Yash, who rose to fame across the country with his role as ‘Rocky Bhai’ in the KGF films, now wants to take his upcoming film Toxic to the global stage. According to reports, the actor and his producing partner at KVN Productions are in discussions with 20th Century Fox to secure international distribution rights for the gangster drama.
The team at Toxic is discussing international distribution of the film with American film production and distribution company, 20th Century Fox. A source told pinkvilla“Discussions are at a very early stage but the intention is to make Toxic a global project. Yash strongly believes that the storytelling pattern and visuals of Toxic are in line with international projects and is looking forward to partnering with a global giant for a large-scale release.”
While 20th Century Fox appears to be the frontrunner, talks are also underway with other potential partners. A clearer picture regarding international distribution is expected to emerge in the middle of the year.

The film has been postponed from its original release date of April 2025. Yash is also a part of the much awaited RamayanWhich is directed by Nitesh Tiwari. The ambitious project stars Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi and Sunny Deol, and is scheduled to release in Diwali 2026.
