As the anticipation continues for the upcoming film Ramayan, actor-producer Yash recently shared a heartfelt message for the film’s producer Namit Malhotra, highlighting their creative partnership and shared vision.

The exchange comes soon after Yash celebrated his 40th birthday a few days ago.

Namit Malhotra had marked the occasion with a heartfelt birthday note for the rocking star on January 8, praising Yash’s journey, energy and global influence. Responding to the gesture, Yash expressed his gratitude and reflected on the path they traveled together while working on the ambitious two-part epic, Ramayana.

“Thank you, Namit. It has been an incredible journey to reach where we stand today. It feels proud to partner with a visionary like you; we have come a long way towards our singular goal, and this year is the turning point we have been working towards,” Yash wrote.

He further added, “I believe that we are on the verge of firmly establishing Indian cinema on the global map. It is very valuable for me to accompany you through this evolution. Let’s keep changing the game together.”

In his birthday message for Yash, Malhotra had written, “Happy 40th birthday to my friend, partner and the world’s most rocking star. Your energy and attitude is infectious, positive and not toxic. I love the way you raise the level and change the game – from an underdog to one of the finest talents, from Kannada cinema to India and now the world.”

Yash, who became famous across India with the blockbuster KGF franchise, is now set to play the role of Ravana in Ramayana. Through his production banner Monster Mind Creations, the actor has partnered with Namit Malhotra’s Prime Focus Studios and eight-time Oscar winner DNEG, making the collaboration one of the most ambitious in Indian cinema.

The two-part film will release in IMAX globally, with Part 1 scheduled for Diwali 2026 and Part 2 for Diwali 2027, marking one of the biggest theatrical events in Indian film history.
