Actor Yash has allegedly started shooting for filmmaker Nitesh Tiwari’s Magnum Ops, Ramayana in Mumbai. Yash will play the role of Ravana in the film.

Yash, who was already in Mumbai for toxicAccording to the report, shooting for the war sequence has started. A source quoted by a major portal shared that Yash started filming his share for the Ramayana on Friday after a two -day costume trial.

The report further mentions that the team will shoot some important war scenes in Aksa Beach in Mumbai. Later, the manufacturers will move to a studio in Dahisar. However, Ranbir Kapoor will not join the Kannada Superstar.

The source informed the portal, “War parts are being placed on a grand scale, designed to reflect Ravana’s strategic skills with action choreography. It will be a combination of green-screen shots and those People will be shot on the ground and will include heavy VFX work.

Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana will be released in two partsThe first part Diwali is scheduled for 2026 release, while the second installment will be excluded on Diwali 2027. The Ramayana also includes Lara Dutta, Sunny Deol, Indira Krishna, who are among others, in pivatal roles.
