Xiaomi has published its full year 2025 financial report. The company shipped a total of 165.2 million smartphones, generating revenue of CNY 186.4 billion. Based on Omdia data, Xiaomi had 13.3% of the global market share, placing it in the top 3 for the 5th consecutive year. Focusing on mainland China, the company was #2 with a share of 16.6% (up 7 percentage points from last year).

Xiaomi’s product mix is ​​moving towards more premium offerings. 27.1% of all Xiaomi phones sold were phones priced at CNY 3,000 ($435) or more, a new record. Meanwhile, sales of flagship models in the CNY 4,000-$6,000 range ($580-$870) were up 17.3%. For comparison, the CNY 4,000-6,000 range accounted for 18.9% of sales in Q3.

Looking at the world map, Xiaomi’s popularity is on the rise in Latin America and Southeast Asia – the company reached the #2 spot in those regions with 17.5% and 17.0% market share, respectively. In Europe and Africa, Xiaomi ranks #3 with 20.3% and 12.7%, respectively (these numbers represent an increase of 0.6 and 1.4 percentage points, respectively).

According to Omdia, Xiaomi tablets are ranked in the top 5 globally and top 3 in mainland China. Wearables are performing even better – they are #1 globally and #2 in mainland China. TWS earbuds are equally popular and hold the #2 position globally and #1 in mainland China.

Moving towards the Internet of Things and Internet services, the company reports that it has more than 750 million monthly active users (MAU). The segment generated annual revenue of CNY 123.2 billion, up 18.3% from 2024. Gross margin was 23.1%, up 2.8 percentage points over the same period.

Large home appliances (air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, etc.) reached an all-time high in shipments and revenues from them increased by 23.1%.

Xiaomi’s big bet on EVs is paying off – the company’s car division reported revenues of CNY 106.1 billion (up 223.8% year-on-year). It was the first time that annual revenue topped CNY 100 billion. Even better, it reports that it had positive earnings for the full year. This is another first. Income was CNY 0.9 billion.

During 2025, Xiaomi delivered a total of 411,082 vehicles, of which 145,115 were in Q4. In mainland China, Xiaomi SU7 models were the best-selling sedans in the CNY 200,000+ category. Meanwhile, the Xiaomi YU7 series has been the top mid-to-large-size SUV series in terms of sales for 7 consecutive months. Xiaomi estimates it will deliver 550,000 vehicles in 2026.
