Companies keep track of these posts, some of which go viral and gain people’s attention. Recently, instead of a complaint, a praiseworthy post on X went viral. Amirtha Murugesan praised Big Basket for its combo pack including sanitary pads and ice cream: two products the online retailer anticipated many women would order during their menstruation.
Sharing a partial screenshot of one such combo, user X simply captioned it, “Well played bigbasket_com.” His post has been viewed more than 200K times so far.

Big Basket took notice of this. However, his response was the same as was usually given to complaints. Responding to the X user, the company wrote, “We regret the inconvenience caused. Can you please help us with your registered contact number through DM? We will try our best to resolve the issue.”
