X Users Appreciate Big Basket, Company Says, "We will try our best to resolve this issue"

Must read

Nowadays people often post complaints about brands and their services on social media, tagging their handles while providing other details. Companies keep track of these posts, some of which go viral and gain people’s attention. Recently, instead of a complaint, a praiseworthy post on X went viral. Amirtha Murugesan praised Big Basket for its combo pack including sanitary pads and ice cream: two products the online retailer anticipated many women would order during their menstruation.

Sharing a partial screenshot of one such combo, user X simply captioned it, “Well played bigbasket_com.” His post has been viewed more than 200K times so far.

Big Basket took notice of this. However, his response was the same as was usually given to complaints. Responding to the X user, the company wrote, “We regret the inconvenience caused. Can you please help us with your registered contact number through DM? We will try our best to resolve the issue.”

Many users found Big Basket’s reaction amusing. Others reacted to the combo pack shown in the original post. Check out some of the comments below:

Earlier, a person had shared his unpleasant experience with a Big Basket order on Ax, which had caught the attention of the company. The user posted a picture of a bag which he said should contain 1 kg of onion. The bag placed on the scales apparently weighed only 844 grams. After complaining about this, the user claimed that he got the refund but later his account was blocked. Click here to read the full story.
