Being able to work from anywhere with a laptop has its pros and cons. While people working from coffee shops and cafes are no longer a surprise, there are more unusual locations – especially if there isn’t even a table for your device. Recently, an X post has caught a lot of attention online in which a man is standing outside a momo stall with a laptop open. The stall is somewhere in Bengaluru, and thus has sparked reactions about the lives of “tech people in Bangalore”. While it is not clear whether the man is working on his laptop or not, the mere sight of him balancing the laptop on one arm (possibly while waiting for his food order) has generated a lot of interest. The X user captioned the photo, “His priorities are set.” See below.

In the comments, X users shared their theories about what the guy was actually doing on his laptop. One person simply thought it was a glimpse into the life of a “corporate employee.” Read some other reactions below:

“Nothing happened in the office, I forgot my phone, so I am transferring money from net banking to the momo vendor.” [Nothing else but he forgot his phone in the office, so he is transferring money to the momo shop owner using Net Banking.”

“Maybe he lost his phone while travelling. So he is ordering the food using a laptop.”

“Momo ke paise v dene hote hai na toh kaam krne padenge.” [“One has to pay for the momos too, so will have to work.”]

“Work is dearer than love.” [“Work is more beloved that love.”]

“Picking out the bugs from his code.”

Earlier, a viral photo showed someone working in a cinema hall in Bengaluru. A user wrote, “Went to watch a movie yesterday and someone was working on a laptop throughout the movie. Bangalore is Bangaloreing.” Check out the post here.
