After announcing the date and time, the company has so far kept other announcements secret. But rumors and leaks have covered you. WWDC 2025 can highlight the upcoming iOS, Advanced Apple Intelligence features, an overhaul of Visionos and a glimpse of the iPhone 17 Air.
We are sure when the software center takes the step, the hardware can only lurch behind the curtain. Let’s look at the upcoming announcement in WWDC 2025.
Wwdc 2025: what is expected
New interface: Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) is giving more shape to be more about makeover than major new tricks. According to Mark Gurman of Bloomberg, the company is preparing a broad view in all its platforms – iOS, iPados, Macos, Watchos, and TVOS – with a design overhaul coding solarium. Inspired by visionos, users may expect a soft aesthetics, including round icons and transported menu, breathing new life in the interface finally changed with IOS 7.
IOS 19 names to replace iOS 26: In one step to simplify your software naming scheme, Apple can also dig traditional version numbers. So instead of iOS 19 or MACOS 15, we can see names like iOS 2026 and MACOS 2026, aligning updates with calendar years – a sensible, if overdated, change for clarity on platforms.
Despite taking the redisine, despite taking the center stage, the Apple features will not reach the front empty -handed. The iOS 26 has been tipped to include the appreciated Wi-Fi sharing in a desktop mode for the apple devices, AI-operated battery management, and even USB-C ports, allowing users to plug into external displays for more PC-like experiences. The iPados 26 will also allegedly get a more Mac -like experience, with a top menu bar and the stage manager, Apple’s multitasking interface. Meanwhile, MACOS and other systems are expected to achieve visual stability rather than a headline-hathe features.
App dedicated to game: Gamers can also get a little love. Gurman indicates on a new cross-platform gaming app that makes the game center, friend list, leaderboard and deep apple arcade adds integration, and it will run in iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV.
Apple Intelligence: For Siri and Apple Intelligence, this year’s focus is already improving work, including clever, more reference-inconceivable reactions and a new health-cooking tool. Developers should also expect new equipment to better intelligence in the third party app.
Hardware update: And yes, there is still a chance for some bright hardware, perhaps an M4 Mac Pro or even peeping on those rumored smart glasses. While WWDC is mainly a software showcase, Apple has used the platform for the first hardware – such as Vision Pro and New Mac in 2023.
In 2025, already launched with MacBook Air M4, iPad Air M3, and iPhone 16E, major hardware announcements are unlikely. However, a refreshing Mac Pro may still appear, given its relevance for developers. There are also quiet speculation about the iPhone 17 Air – so far ready to be the thinnest iPhone. While a complete unveiling is suspicious, the Apple can offer a brief preview during the event, keeping the enthusiasm for what is further.
