Why is Cindy Rodriguez Singh a suspect?Where is Cindy Rodriguez Singh?

Cindy Rodriguez Singh, a woman from India, is wanted for the murder of her 6-year-old son, Noel, who has been missing since October 2022. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to her arrest.

Although police have not been able to recover the boy’s body, they believe his mother played a role in his death. Police cadaver dogs found human remains on a carpet that once lay on the floor of a shed on Singh’s property.

The carpet was destroyed by Singh’s husband, Arshdeep Singh, but was later recovered by the police.

Why is Cindy Rodriguez Singh a suspect?

Reports revealed that Singh believed his son was “evil, possessed or had a demon inside him.”

In the days before her suspicious death, witnesses told police she had told people she feared the boy would “prey” on her newborn twins.

The baby was last seen at the hospital when Singh gave birth to her twins and once in October 2022. Those who saw the baby told the police that he looked “malnourished” and “unwell”. Noel reportedly suffered from severe disabilities, including chronic lung disease.

Relatives told police that Singh also “abused and neglected” the child.

“A relative witnessed Cindy hit Noel in the face with the drinking water keys. Witnesses also stated that Noel was often denied food and water because Cindy did not like changing Noel’s dirty diapers,” police said.

According to a Fox News report, Noel’s grandmother told police that Singh had told her he had sold the 6-year-old to another woman at a grocery store.

Where is Cindy Rodriguez Singh?

On March 22, 2023, Singh boarded an international flight to India with her husband and six other children and is missing. The missing child was not with the family at the time and did not board the flight.

Police first became suspicious of Singh when she lied to officers who came to her home for a welfare check. She told officers the boy was living with his biological father in Mexico, and had been there since November 2022.
