Our diet plays a vital role in determining the health of our hair. If you are experiencing premature greying of hair, excessive hair fall due to weak roots or a receding hairline, there is a high possibility that your diet is lacking in biotin, magnesium, copper and zinc. Consuming foods rich in these essential nutrients can improve your hair health. In a recent Instagram video, nutritionist Rachana Mohan shared a simple and delicious Indian recipe to promote hair health. It is a delicious ragi dosa with chickpea-coconut chutney.
