The actress also said that she is conscious about how much time she devotes to a daily soap. “I decide before starting a show how many days I will be available for it. I try to make my life a little simpler. You should be happy with what you are doing,” she said.
Sara Khan took this decision because she is trying to explore other talents as well. She said, “I am also trying my hand at writing, singing. Singing has been an important part of my life, right from the beginning. Luckily I got the opportunity to become an actor and I pursued it. But now, since I have time and can focus on myself, I am trying to turn those talents into my profession.”
She also revealed that the production house was willing to accommodate her schedule, which was the reason she said yes to the show. “When they approached me, I was reluctant because when you sign a daily soap, your life revolves around it. You have to block your entire month to take up a daily soap, which was not possible for me as I had previous commitments, including an OTT show. They agreed to everything, so I thought ‘why not (sign the show)’,” Sara told India Today.in.
His character can be seen speaking Pure Hindi, and this can sometimes be a challenge for actors. However, it is not something Khan is worried about. Khan said, “My Urdu has always been good and in my school, I had these two subjects (Urdu and Sanskrit). So, when it comes to speaking dialogues in Urdu or Sanskrit, it is not very difficult for me.”
Khan says the main challenge is that she has to play six avatars of the goddess. “It gets a little tedious because you have to remember what one avatar of the Kritikas has done and what the second or third avatar has done,” she comments, “It becomes a challenge to remember all these things and perform accordingly.”
