The question was about the first pound coin struck by Henry VII: “Henry VII struck the first pound coin in 1489, as it was called, also a term for Henry.”
Will answered correctly by saying “Sovereign”, giving him the win.
Paul Clawson also solved the final clue correctly but became second runner-up because his score was lower than the top scorer. Jane Feldman did not solve any Final Jeopardy! Clue but remained in contention for the wildcard spot due to her consistent gameplay throughout.
Will Yancey, a historian from Banquete, Texas, had previously led the Double Jeopardy round with skillful strategy, ultimately emerging as the winner. Other categories were featured on this Jeopardy!
