Actress Sonakshi Sinha will marry her longtime boyfriend Zaheer Iqbal in Mumbai on June 23. Ahead of her wedding, interest has again grown about Sonakshi’s partner Zaheer Iqbal.

Sonakshi Sinha is the daughter of actor-politician Shatrughan Sinha and Poonam Sinha, while Zaheer Iqbal comes from a non-filmy background, and has a close relationship with Salman Khan. His father is a jeweler and his mother is a housewife. For those who don’t know, Zaheer’s sister Sanam Ratansi is one of Bollywood’s most sought-after celebrity stylists.

Zaheer was born on 10 December 1988. He studied at Scottish School in Mumbai. It is said that he also talked to Salman’s sister Arpita Khan Sharma about his studies.

Zaheer was launched in the Hindi film industry by Salman Khan in 2019. He made his debut in the film ‘Notebook’ co-starring Mohnish Bahl’s daughter Pranutan Bahl. Next, he shared screen space with Sonakshi in Satram Ramani’s directorial ‘Double XL’. The film, which is slated to release in 2022, also featured Huma Qureshi and Mahat Raghavendra in lead roles. Apart from this, Sonakshi and Zaheer also featured in a music video titled ‘Blockbuster’ in the same year.

Zaheer has been rumoured to be dating Sonakshi for quite some time now, although neither of them has publicly confirmed the relationship. The two are often spotted together at various events and social gatherings, leading to speculations about their relationship.

According to an exclusive report, Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal’s wedding invitation is designed like a magazine cover and it reads – ‘The rumours are true.’ Guests have been asked to come in formal attire and the wedding will be celebrated at Bastian in Mumbai.

According to sources, apart from their close friends and family members, the entire cast of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film ‘Heeramandi’ has been invited to the wedding.
