Akshay Kumar is one star who has proved how to rise from the ashes. While his fans admire his humble nature and positive outlook towards life, his co-stars and friends from the industry are also in awe of his generosity and big and kind heart. One such person is Mukesh Chhabra, who was extremely impressed by Khiladi Kumar’s kindness towards him and his mother.
During a conversation with Ranveer Allahbadia, the casting director revealed a lot about Akshay Kumar. Sharing a heartwarming incident with the host, Mukesh Chhabra revealed how the OMG 2 actor helped him when his mother needed treatment. He revealed that they were not in touch with each other regularly, but when Mukesh called Akshay and sought the actor’s help, he was there.
Chhabra recalled that during his mother’s heart treatment, the Pad Man actor arranged everything at that hospital. Not just that, he called him every day for 15 days straight and asked about his mother’s health. Besides that, the Khel Khel Mein star also spoke to the doctor constantly. “He doesn’t talk about it; I also never spoke about it,” said Mukesh, adding that Kumar is a sensitive person and cannot forget how kind he was to him at that crucial time of his life.
He added that Kumar is one of those who takes criticism in a positive way. During an exclusive conversation with Pinkvilla, the Bade Miyan Chote Miyan actor spoke about the critical comments he receives.
The actor explained, “There is personal criticism, in which the person gets personal. There is one who wants the other person to be better, which he is saying from his heart. So, I like that I take it very seriously, I understand it, and go for it. I have made a lot of changes because of criticism. When I hear the right criticism, when I understand it, and it makes sense to me, then I go for it.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Akki will next be seen in Sky Force, followed by Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again. Apart from this, he is also shooting for Jolly LLB 3 with Arshad Warsi.
