Director Aditya Dhar has reacted to a fan-inspired edit stalwartPraising the creativity at a time when the film is becoming a huge success. The film has created history at the box office, with Akshaye Khanna’s performance emerging as one of its biggest highlights – especially his viral dialogue that has been widely discussed on social media.
One of Akshay’s lines that became a major attraction on social media was, “The death given by Rehman dacoit is like a big butcher.” (“The death given by Rahman dacoit is ‘verybutchery.'”)
Adding to the buzz, director Aditya Dhar recently reacted to a fan-made edit video on X inspired by Rahman Dacoit’s style. Clearly impressed by the creativity, he commented, “What a thing! butcher-like edit!! Fabulous Keep it up brother!!”

After the success of the first installment, the makers are now preparing Dhurandhar 2It is scheduled to be released in theaters on March 19. Unlike the original film, which was released only in Hindi, the sequel will be released in multiple languages – Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. The film is written and directed by Aditya Dhar and produced by Aditya Dhar, Jyoti Deshpande and Lokesh Dhar.
The first installment included a group Actors including Ranveer Singh, Sara ArjunR. Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt and Arjun Rampal, introducing audiences to a high-stakes, two-part espionage saga. The story is about an Indian intelligence officer working undercover in Karachi, working within criminal networks and political circles to dismantle a terrorist group that posed a threat to India’s security.
Dhurandhar 2 The story will continue with Hamza Ali Mazari, a covert Indian agent who has now firmly established himself in the underworld of Pakistan.
