While all eyes are eagerly waiting to see Rachel Zegler in the live-action Snow White, the trailer for the nostalgic Disney tale has just been released. Plus, she’s not the only actress to mesmerize audiences in theaters – Gal Gadot will also play the Evil Queen.
As seen in the latest trailer, Rachel Ziegler’s Snow White is shown to be troubled, forced to work as a maid in her father’s kingdom. Soon, we get a glimpse of the huge palace from outside, which appears lively and cheerful at first glance, with birds flying above it.
The huge chandeliers inside the palace and the grand hall filled with people look breathtaking. However, the sacrifices are being made by those who are most deserving.
After scenes of blue skies and glowing candlelight around the palace, the trailer transitions into darker scenes. We are taken into shadowy rooms where the evil queen sits and gazes at her green jewels.
Gal Gadot’s character is also shown surrounded by swirling black smoke, symbolizing the power of her magic. However, when Snow White dares to disrupt the Wicked Queen’s orders, the Queen is pleased.
“People need some kindness,” says Snow White.
Along with many interesting moments in the trailer, the audience also gets a glimpse of the iconic magic mirror on the wall. The mirror comes to life, its face emerging to speak to the queen. Snow White is soon shown running into the forest as the Wicked Queen enacts her cruel plan. Following the classic story, she eventually finds herself in a wooden house, where she meets the lovable seven dwarfs.
Although there’s a lot to see in the film, we won’t spoil it for you. It is clear that Snow White’s strong will stands strong against the Evil Queen’s dark plans.
Snow White will be released on March 21, 2025.
