Is it just we or Xiaomi’s stingy with cameras on the latest Redmi Note series? Vanilla models and two professionals were unveiled in China earlier this week – what do you think of them?
Redmi Note 15 Series
The Redmi Note 15 has a 50MP camera with a little 1/2.88 ”sensor and a depth of 2MP on the back-to be fair, what is in China with Redmi Note 14, but the global model packed an 8MP ultra-wide on 108MP main and back.
Anyway, this model has a 6.77 “120Hz 12-bit 12-bit OLED display on the front and it is powered by Snapdragon 6 General 3. The Vanilla model has been rated for dust and water resistance. It has a 5,800mAh battery, which recently had a good capacity, but the offering is too much.
Redmi Note 15
The Redmi Note 15 Pro runs on a huge battery of 7,000mAh with relatively slow speed 45W charging. This demism is powered by 7400 ultra and, unlike the vanilla models, it lacks expansionable storage. The 6.83 ”1220p+ 12-bit OLED display is shared with the Pro+ model. In addition, the Pro and the Pro+ have been rated for resistance against hot water jets.
Redmi Note 15 Pro
Redmi Note 15 Pro+ has many major upgrades on Pro. Starting with the camera, it has a 50MP sensor in the main (1/1.55 ”vs. 1/1.95″) and also has a telephoto module with 50MP sensors and 2.5X lenses. This model is powered by Snapdragon 7S General 4 and some versions of Pro+ Support Satellite Messaging – the first to the Redmi series. Finally, the Pro+ 90W provides fast charging, which is much better for a large 7,000mAh battery. Note that the global version of the Pro+ may contain separate cameras and battery hardware, but it has not been officially confirmed.
