This recipe will allow you to make crisp potato nuggets that will highlight the cheese on every bite. The recipe may be slightly longer, but the result will receive you an unlimited supply of potato cheese shots whenever you crave them. If you have guests at the end of this week, surprise them with your cook skills, by serving these delicious homemade potatoes cheese shots.

How to make potato cheese shots at home Potato Paneer Shot Recipe:
Material:

  • 250 grams of potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • Salt
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes
  • 4 teaspoons black pepper
  • 6 tablespoons breadcrumb
  • Oil for frying
  • Ball coating:
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup breadcrumb
  • Stuffing:
  • 100 grams cheese
  • ½ tsp herbs
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes
  • 4 teaspoons black pepper

Method:

  1. Boil potatoes until al dent. They should not be muddy. Remove the skin and lubricate it. There should be no lump
  2. Add garlic powder, herbs, coriander leaves, pinch salt, chili flakes, pepper and breadcrumb
  3. Mix them well and make a ball. The mixture should be tied together and not sticky or too dry.
  4. Divide the mixture on 8–10 similar size balls.
  5. Cut the cheese into ½ inch cubes, toss the cheese in a stuffing season.
  6. Press the cheese cube at the center of the potato ball. Repeat it with all balls. Coat the balls in the cornflor, and then coat it into an egg. Finally cover it in breadcrumbs.
  7. Fry the coated balls until they are golden. Potato Paneer Shots are ready

Pro Tip: If you are cutting fried food from your diet, you can also bake these potatoes cheese shot or if you have an air-fold, you can also fry them.
