Watch: Shahid Kapoor completes ‘Deva’ shooting in ‘Kaminey’ style
Shahid Kapoor has wrapped up the shooting of his upcoming film ‘Deeva’. The actor, who is starring opposite Pooja Hegde, announced the same by sharing a video on social media in which he and the cast and crew are seen performing to ‘Dhan Te Naan’ on the sets.
Actor Shahid Kapoor has wrapped up the shooting of his upcoming film ‘Deeva’. Directed by Roshan Andrews, the film also stars Pooja Hegde in a lead role. Shahid announced the completion of the film’s shoot on Thursday, September 5, with a video in which he, his cast and crew are seen dancing to the song ‘Dhan Te Naan’ from his last film ‘Kaminey’.
Sharing the video on Instagram, Shahid wrote, “When Deva did Dhante Daan. There couldn’t be a better way to end a film. It was a very special feeling. It’s coming to give you a shock. #gohardorgohome #lovethisshit This is the film wrap of the film that took everything from me. Can’t wait to share it with you all on Feb 14th.”

In the video, Shahid can be seen in the middle of the stage while his team and actors sing the song ‘Dhan Te Naan’ in the background.
In July, the first look poster of Shahid’s upcoming film was released. It was shared on the official account of Zee Studios Official and the caption read, “Experience the thrilling adrenaline rush of #Devaa as this power-packed action thriller hits cinemas on 14th February, 2025!”

Shahid can be seen in a bearded look, wearing a police vest and holding a gun. The background of the poster, which includes elements of a rustic landscape, further adds to the mystery surrounding the film’s setting and plot.
Directed by Roshan Andrews, ‘Deiva’ also stars Pooja Hegde, Pavail Gulati and others in pivotal roles. The film will release in theatres on February 13, 2025.
