Many Bollywood celebrities have been seen participating in the ongoing Durga Puja festivities. Ranbir Kapoor recently visited a pandal in the city where he was joined by Rani Mukherjee. The two shared a heart-touching moment when Ranbir got a sweet kiss from Rani. This reunion will take you back to their film Saawariya.
Today, October 10, 2024, the paparazzi spotted Ranbir Kapoor at a Durga Puja pandal in Mumbai. The actor adopted a dapper look wearing a gray shirt and white pants. At the event, Ranbir sat with Rani Mukherjee, who looked stunning in a yellow saree. In one of the videos, Rani was seen kissing Ranbir’s cheeks lovingly as they posed together for the paparazzi.

Ranbir and Rani shared the screen in the 2007 film Saawariya, which marked Ranbir’s Bollywood debut. Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the film also featured Sonam Kapoor and Salman Khan.
Earlier today, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham co-stars Kajol and Jaya Bachchan were also seen enjoying time together at the pandal.
On the work front, Ranbir Kapoor is busy shooting for the epic Ramayan. He is also preparing to start shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film Love and War, co-starring Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal.
In an exclusive update, Pinkvilla reported that Ranbir is joining the Dhoom franchise produced by Yash Raj Films. A source close to the matter said, ‘Discussions have been going on with Ranbir for a long time. He had always expressed interest in being a part of Dhoom 4 after hearing the original idea, and now he has finally been confirmed to lead the franchise. Adi Chopra feels that RK is the ideal choice to carry forward the legacy of Dhoom.”
Meanwhile, Rani Mukherjee is also gearing up for her next project with YRF. Pinkvilla exclusively revealed that the actress is preparing to come back with Mardaani 3. A source said, “Mardaani is Rani Mukherjee and Aditya Chopra’s favorite franchise. They’ve been working on a script with an in-house team of writers for some time now, and they’ve finally greenlit an idea that does justice to the legacy of parts one and two.
Mardaani 3 is expected to begin shooting in the first quarter of 2025.
