In a bizarre Valentine’s Day surprise, a police officer in Peru’s capital Lima, according to one, carried out a drug raid wearing a capebara dress, according to one BBC Report. The video footage that went viral on social media shows the officer, which was designed as a huge rodent, is zero on the suspected drug traffic.
