Introducing the “Terrazzo Cheesecake”. Inspired by the multicoloured floor, this cake features a pattern of colourful patches. Now, an Instagram food page has released a video of it being made. What does it look like? As vibrant as the spring season. The beginning of the clip shows the baker adding chopped coloured jellies to the white cheese cream. In case you are wondering, these variously coloured jellies included flavours as varied as kiwi, raspberry, lemon and blueberry

Voila! Your terrazzo cheesecake is ready. But before serving, the baker takes care to make it even more attractive. She decorates it with whipped cream and edible flowers, making this sweet treat even more appealing. In the caption, the baker explained in detail how she made this cake. Pointing to making the bottom layer, she wrote, “Crush the biscuits till they resemble fine sand. Melt butter, add brown sugar and mix it with the crushed biscuits. Press the mixture firmly on the bottom. Refrigerate it.”
Talking about the cream cheese, she wrote, “Beat sour cream, heavy cream, and cream cheese together until fluffy. The mixture will be thin before thickening. Add the cooled pineapple juice mixture and beat until well combined. Add lemon juice to taste.”
