Jacqueline Fernandez on walking the ramp at India Couture Week: I was really, really nervous.
Jacqueline Fernandez spoke to IndiaToday.in about her experience of walking the ramp for designer Isha Jajodia at India Couture Week 2024. She also reminisced about her film ‘Kick’.
Jacqueline Fernandez turned showstopper for designer Isha Jajodia at India Couture Week 2024 on July 25. After walking the ramp, she spoke exclusively to IndiaToday.in about her experience and said that she was quite nervous. For those who don’t know, Jacqueline has returned to the ramp after a long time. She also talked about completing 10 years of ‘Kick’ with Salman Khan.
Jacqueline wore a black gown and a transparent cape of the same color. She tied her hair up. She completed her outfit with a statement neckpiece and a shiny watch. She used red lips to complete her look.

The actress posted a glimpse of her ramp walk last night and congratulated her designer for the show. “Dear @isha___13 your collection yesterday was a dream come true @roseroom__official has always been my favourite with its ethereal charm! After the show, Jacqueline spoke exclusively to India Today.in and spoke about walking the ramp after a long time. She said, “I was really nervous. My line was shaky and I was really nervous. I haven’t walked the ramp for a long time. It was a bit nerve-wracking. Finally, when I started walking, I really enjoyed it. The people were really nice, the energy was good and the dress was beautiful. It was for my dear friend Isha (Jajodia), whose work I love. It was great to be back.”
On 25 July, ‘Kick’ completed 10 years. Talking about this, he said, “Today is a very special day. Along with returning to the ramp, ‘Kick’ has also completed 10 years. Time has passed very fast. But I feel that there is still a lot to happen, a lot is yet to come. So, I am very excited about it.”
Sharing her favourite anecdote from the shooting days of ‘Kick’, she said, “I was shooting for ‘Kick’ for a couple of days and Salman wasn’t there. He suddenly walked in and I remember the whole set stopped. And I remember saying, ‘Oh my god, I’m so grateful for this film.’ It was amazing.”
Talking about work, Jacqueline Fernandez will next be seen in ‘Fateh’ and ‘Welcome to the Jungle’.
