South superstar Chiyaan Vikram, who is currently seen in ‘Thangaalan’, has announced the sequel of the film. The actor’s announcement was greeted with loud applause and cheers from fans at a thanksgiving meeting held in Hyderabad.

Vikram’s ‘Thangaalan’ released on August 15 to mixed reviews. However, the actor’s performance in the film was praised by all. He was present at a thank you meeting in Hyderabad, where he said, “(Pa) Ranjith asked me to mention here that since you all liked ‘Thangaalan’ so much, we have discussed, and we want to make part 2 very soon.”
