It is called Kurmal’s Kulfi,” Sara explained.
Sarah Tod’s sweet feast began with mango kulfi. Unlike fruit -flavored altar, this dessert showed fresh mangoes outwards with outside kulfi. After the first bite, the chef described the common kulfi with “luxurious, creamy,” and sweet, “small platforms of texture”. There were equally delicious saffron pistachios. Subsequently, Sara treated Orange Kulfi her taste buds. He said that the veg cut, Zingi Orange, “fell down into a sorbet,” freshly delicious, he said.
