Kiara Advani is one of the most bankable actresses in Bollywood. One of her promising projects is War 2, directed by Ayan Mukerji, which also stars her alongside Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR. While fans are already excited about the film, the latest report has added to the curiosity by revealing that the actress will be involved in a ‘commando fight’ sequence in the film.
Fans are eagerly waiting for War 2 directed by Ayan Mukerji. The sequel to the 2019 film will star Kiara Advani, Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR in the lead roles. Meanwhile, the latest report published in Dainik Bhaskar has given big hints about the actress’ promising role in the film. It is revealed that Hrithik and Kiara have recently shot their introduction scene.
As per the report, HR will be fighting Japanese opponents in the backdrop of Shaolin temple while Kiara will be seen doing a ‘commando fight’ for her entry scenes in a shopping mall as a fighter. The said scene was shot at Infinity Mall in Malad, Mumbai. The shooting continued for 4 days there.
The report also claims that Jr NTR was supposed to make a powerful entry with a ship. The ship has been placed in the hall of Yash Raj Studios but after the South star got injured, the set will be dismantled as the actor will resume his shooting in October.
It is worth mentioning that a source close to the development had earlier told us that “Ayan Mukerji and Aditya Chopra have carefully worked on the script of War 2 to make it different from everything that has been done so far in the YRF Spy Universe. War 2 will be an action spectacle like the first one, and as Kabir’s post-credits sequence suggests, it will be a bit darker and grittier.”
War 2 will be the sixth film in the spy world made by YRF. The previous films include Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, War, Pathan and Tiger 3. The film is directed by Ayan Mukerji and is scheduled to hit the big screens on August 14, 2025, a day before India’s Independence Day.
