Vivo X200 launching soon in India: Will its price increase?

With every new release, Vivo is improving the performance and user experience. However, with this has also come an increase in prices. So, the question is, will there be a price increase for Vivo X200 when it arrives in India? Let’s find out.
Following the trend set by its predecessors, the Vivo X200 price in India is likely to see minimal increase. The last three models – Vivo X80, X90 and X100 – saw a significant increase of around Rs 4,000 to Rs 5,000 each. Looking at this pattern, there is a strong possibility that the Vivo X200 will also launch in India at a higher price than its predecessor. Additionally, Vivo has historically not launched new models at the same price point as previous ones, supporting expectations of a price increase.
Vivo X200 will probably be priced under Rs 70,000. Recall that Vivo X80 was launched for Rs 54,999, while Vivo X90 was made available for Rs 59,999. This means that the price increased by Rs 5,000. Vivo X100 was then launched at Rs 63,999, so the price increased by Rs 4,000. So, if we go by its old pricing strategy, the starting price of Vivo X200 will probably be under Rs 70,000.
In China, the Vivo X100 was launched at CNY 3,999 (roughly Rs. 46,700), while the Vivo This minimal price increase suggests that Vivo may not increase prices significantly in India. Based on previous launches, Vivo X200 price in India could range between Rs 65,000 to Rs 70,000. However, this is only a prediction, as it has not been officially confirmed.

The OnePlus 13 is also expected to be priced under Rs 70,000, while the Oppo Find X8 could be priced under Rs 80,000, making it a rival to the iPhone 16 series. With many of these devices launching in the coming weeks or months, it will be interesting to see how brands motivate consumers to choose their products.
