Vivo has announced its next smartphone to launch in India, Vivo X200 Fe. The third member of the photography-centered X200 series is slightly different from the AKA X200 and X200 Pro. Its glasses have been fully discovered and there is enough evidence to suggest, it is a small phone with large glasses, in the same way for OnePlus 13S OnePlus. Apparently, small or rather, compact phones are big news again.
The X200 Fe puts a 6.31 -inch screen inside a chassis that is just 7.9 mm, compared to OnePlus 13S, a hair slimmer, with approximately the same performance shape. Despite all the space boundaries, Vivo was also able to find a way to fit more cameras inside this phone. It has two 50-megapixel and third 8-megapixel ultravide behind the sensor trio, wide and telephoto lens. Zeiss branding means that you will get to see twis and filer on the lines of X200 and X200 Pro, although to what extent, it remains to be seen. OnePlus 13 has only two cameras, wide and telephoto, just if you are thinking.
Vivo has somehow managed to squeeze a large battery of 6,500mAh within the X200 Fe, which is 650mAh more than OnePlus 13S. ‘Vivo X200 Fe also charges rapidly up to 90W (vs 80W 13S). In addition, it is more durable with its IP68 and IP69 certificates, even OnePlus 13S is only IP65. Running show is Coloros 15 software based on Android 15.
Powering Vivo X200 Fe Power 4-Nanomatre MediaTek Demispis 9300 Plus processor, which has “All-Big-Core” CPU. How this fair is seen inside OnePlus 13S against Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite. Vivo is using slow storage, it is a fact. The X200 Fe has UFS3.1 storage while OnePlus 13S has UFS4.0. More details are awaited.
The X200 Fe recently broke the cover internationally after launching for the first time in China. Vivo has not launched the exact date of India, but now that the hyp-train has started choosing steam, it can probably be in the next few weeks if not months. Vivo is also expected to launch the X Fold 5 in India as soon as possible, although it is yet to confirm when – or if – it is coming.
