Introduction
The Vivo V-series is about bringing a premium-dying smartphone with a strong camera focus in the mid-range market for a long time, and the new V60 carries that mission forward. As the successor of the V50, was launched earlier this year, V60 is a zes -supported triple camera setup and surprisingly packed with a large 6,500 mAh battery – all are wrapped in a body that is only 7.53 mm thin.
On the surface, this is the same formula we expect from Vivo’s V-Line: stylish design, many megapixels and some clever camera software tricks. This time the difference is that Vivo finally decided to refresh the chipset. Snapdragon 7 General 4 replaces last year’s gene 3, although jumping seems more like a cautious step than a bold leap. Nevertheless, it gives the phone a display that needs to remain competitive in its price class.

The real story, however, is once again the camera. V60 has borrowed its entire set of cameras from X200 Fe. You get a 50 MP 3x telephoto module, complementing 50 MP OIS primary shooter and 8 MP ultravide lens. On the front, another 50 MP unit promises a detailed selfie with a 92-degree scene. Local features such as Zeiss optics, vivo’s aura ring flash, and wedding Vlog mode clearly score tuned packages for users that prefer photography.
Despite such a large battery, V60 keeps its profile slim in 8 mm thick and less than 200 grams – it is one of the most thin large -scale phones outside there. 120Hz refresh rates and 5,000 NITS peak brightness, IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance, and a quad-cake 6.77-inch AMOLED display with long-term software support with four major Android updates, and V60 rush-fasting ~ $ 400- $ 400-500 mud-ranges with a stronger case Makes.
At the price of its INR 36,999 ($ 425), Vivo V60 land in the same ballpark as phones like OnePlus Nord 4, Realme 15 Pro, and Google Pixel 8A. Each of those rivals has its own appeal-with their polish and long updates, OnePlus with performance and charging speed, onePlus, your super-bright screen and excess-big battery and Google with your computational photography with Google and Realme 15 Pro with Clean Software. On the other hand, Vivo, its Zes Partnership, is betting on a proper telephoto camera, and that there is unusually large yet thin battery to stand out of the pack.
Out of the box
Vivo V60 ship in a two-tukra cardboard box. It is black with a colored ring at the top, which makes it quite an eye. The box itself is stronger than decency. The phone has a plastic cradle to give itself home, which may not be very environmentally friendly, but should help keep it safe in transit.
Our box also has a very nice, thick, soft plastic case, a color with the phone. In addition, we got Type-C for Type-C Cable only. Our unit also found a 90W fashioner charger in the box, which is a good touch. The possibility of incorporating charger is field-dependent, however, check with your retailer.
