Vivo has unveiled its latest smartphone in India, the Vivo V40e, an extension of its successful V40 series. Claimed to be India’s slimmest smartphone with a 5500mAh battery, the V40e is designed to offer a great experience, powerful camera setup, and long-lasting performance. Price and Availability

The Vivo V40e comes in two variants. The 8GB+128GB model is priced at Rs 28,999, while the 8GB+256GB version costs Rs 30,999. Both variants are available in two colour options: Royal Bronze and Mint Green. Consumers can pre-book the device starting today and it will be available for purchase on Vivo’s official e-store, Flipkart, and partner retail stores starting October 2, 2024. Buyers can also avail several offers, including a 10 percent instant discount for SBI and HDFC Bank users, exchange bonus, and extended warranty.

The Vivo V40e is India’s thinnest smartphone in its battery category, measuring just 0.749 cm thick. It features a 6.77-inch curved display with a 120Hz refresh rate, offering an immersive viewing experience. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor, which ensures smooth performance and power efficiency. The 5500mAh battery supports 80W FlashCharge for quick recharges.

Talking about the camera, the V40e has a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and Sony IMX882 sensor, which delivers sharp photos even in low light. The 8MP ultra-wide camera with 116° field of view enhances landscape and group shots. For selfie lovers, the phone has a 50MP front camera, which offers wide-angle capabilities and excellent image quality.
