The trailer of the animation film describes the story of Prahlada, a righteous follower of Lord Vishnu, who defies his father, Hiranyakashipu – a powerful atheist blesses with immortality by Lord Brahma. The film revolves around this central struggle, which fiercely brings Prahlada’s unwavering devotion in the midst of family opposition.

The director of the film, Ashwin Kumar, said at an event in Ifi Goa, this story is based on three ancient. Puranas (The vast style of Indian literature that includes a wide range of subjects, especially legends and other traditional disciplines).

He said, “We wanted to change this perception and make a film for all the audience. Through Mahavatar Narasimha, we have proved that Indian VFX and animation can meet global standards.”
