Pushpa 2: The Rule received positive reviews after its release on 5 December. The film, directed by Sukumar, is performing exceptionally well in theatres. Amid the ongoing buzz over the Allu Arjun starrer, acclaimed filmmaker SS Rajamouli attended a special screening at Vimal Theater in Hyderabad.
A video of this is going viral on social media. In the clip, the director can be seen leaving the cinema hall after watching the action adventure. On seeing the paparazzi, he quickly walks towards his car and drives away.
Reacting to the video, a netizen wrote, “Loading tweet yesterday.” Meanwhile, another user commented, “Don’t worry, there will be no positive reviews.”

SS Rajamouli attended the pre-release event of Pushpa 2: The Rule in Hyderabad. The RRR director expressed excitement for the film and said that it does not need promotion. He believed that Indians across the world would have already booked their tickets for the first day.
He had shared his experience of visiting the film sets in Ramoji Film City a few months ago. He revealed that Sukumar had shown him the introduction scene of Pushparaj during his visit. He praised the scene for its spectacularity and praised Allu Arjun for its impact. Rajamouli also mentioned that the scene perfectly matches the grandeur of Devi Sri Prasad’s background score.
123 According to Telugu, he said, “Sukumar showed me the introduction scene of Pushparaja. It was excellent. I told Sukku and Bunny only one thing. The scene will be as spectacular as the background score of Devi; its scope is limitless.”
Recently, during the success meet of Pushpa 2, Sukumar expressed his gratitude to SS Rajamouli. He shared that the filmmaker was instrumental in shaping the success of Pushpa: The Rise. Sukumar revealed that the team had not initially planned a pan-India release for the first part of the film.
According to Sukumar, he considered abandoning the idea after releasing two songs in Hindi. However, Rajamouli convinced him, Allu Arjun and the producers to go ahead with it. Sukumar gave the credit for his success to Rajamouli.
