Kachori, a beloved snack from Rajasthan, has captured the hearts of food lovers across the country. Its flaky, crispy exterior and delicious ingredients like potatoes, peas and paneer are simply irresistible. Often enjoyed with chutney and sev, this breakfast is a real delight for any foodie. Although you might have tried many types of Kachori, but have you ever tried Kachori with curd? This combination may seem strange to you at first, but it is quite popular in Jaipur. We recently spotted a video on Instagram showcasing the preparation of this unique snack, and it is sparking curiosity among food lovers everywhere.
The video has been shared by Instagram page @oyehoyeindia. In the clip, a man can be seen rolling out each dough ball using his bare hands, pressing it on his arm to shape it. After filling the kachoris and sealing the edges, he deep-fries them until golden brown and crisp, and serves them with curd and mint chutney to the eager crowd. According to the page, this Dahi Kachori is being sold at a stall named Puran Kachori Wala in Jaipur.

Internet users immediately reacted to the video of this unique street food. While some liked it and were eager to try it, others expressed disgust. One user wrote, “Liked it very much.” I felt like seeing it (Just looking at it makes me feel like eating it).” Another person commented, “This is Asafoetida Kachori. It is easily digested and you can preserve it for three to four days. If you go to Jaipur, you must try this.” Another said, “The best.” However, some questioned the hygiene. One user wrote, “Everyone is ignoring their wrist and arm hair. Is. Why did he do that?” Another said, “Most unhealthy!” One comment read, “What was the technique? I guess mixing the hairy sweat on your wrist with the flour gives you crispy khachapuri.”

This is not the first time that people have raised concerns about unhygienic food practices. Earlier, a shocking video of a juice processing plant was shared by a content creator on Instagram. In the video, a thick yellow liquid is being mixed with red and orange food coloring, sugar syrup and other chemicals in a churning machine.
