A day after announcing his break from films, actor Vikrant Massey has clarified his statement. The 12th Fail actor said his post was “misinterpreted”. In his initial announcement, he mentioned taking a break from films “until the time feels right”. However, his worried fans mistook it for a retirement announcement.
“Acting is all I can do. And it has given me everything I have. My physical and mental health has taken a toll. I just want to take some time off, hone my craft I feel monotonous in this moment,” Vikrant said in a new statement.
The actor assured fans that he will return to films at the right time. He said, “My post was misinterpreted as saying that I was quitting acting or retiring. I want to take some time off to focus on my family and health. I will come back when the time is right.” “
