IndiaToday.in also asked director Aditya Nimbalkar if he was worried about censorship given the sensitivity of the film, which forced him to go digital with the release. Describing the decision as ‘out of my pay’, the debut filmmaker said, “It was decided by the producers. Like every director, there is a desire to see your film on the big screen. However, I am really happy that Netflix is supporting it, and presenting it worldwide. In today’s time, not every film goes to theatres. Also, it’s not really a mass film and you may prefer to watch it alone or with a friend.”
