Vijay Devarakonda has been designed to hit a big screen with his film Kingdom this year, slate to release on 31 July 2025. As the promotion is getting hot, the actor had to go away because he was suffering from dengue. But now, Vijay has been discharged and has returned home safely.

Vijay Devarakonda discharged the hospital after dengue fever?

According to India Today, a source revealed that Vijay Devarakonda returned home after suffering from dengue fever. The actor was admitted to a private hospital for a few days.

The source said, “He is slowly coming back to his feet. While doctors advise to rest, the actor is eager to stick to his work commitments as much as possible.”

In addition, the source said that as he gets better, he will soon join the Kingdom promotion and appear for some interviews.

Kingdom, Vijay Devarakonda, in the lead, is called a detective actionr flick, directed by Jersey fame Gautam Tinnuri. The film is set against the backdrop of Sinhala-Tamil conflict after independence.

As a man rises to become a leader, he should protect his people, it does not matter. The Kingdom is said to be part of a planned Duology with Bhagyashree Bores and Satyadeva in the lead roles. The film is prepared musical by Anirudh Ravichendar, which marks his reunion with Gauvatam and is collaborating for the first time with Vijay.

Talking about the possibility of a sequel, producer Naga Vamsi openly confirmed that the upcoming film laid the foundation for a Part 2 in the climax, which has covered justification.

Initially it was planned to be released on 28 March and 31 May, it was eventually postponed on 31 July 2025.

On the work front of Vijay Devarakonda, Arjun Reddy actor will be shook hands with the next Shyam Singha Roy’s director Rahul Sankrat, temporarily under the title VD14. The film is expected to be a historical war drama, against the background of colonial India.

The actor also has a film titled SVC59 as well as in his lineup with director Ravi Kiran Cola.
