More than 30 firefighters, ambulances and police arrived at the scene after someone from inside the building dialled the emergency line.
The 36-year-old climber was arrested upon returning to the ground and could be ordered to pay for the rescue operation, news agency AFP quoted an official as saying.
Bannot has over 302 thousand followers on his Instagram page and has a long history of urban climbing.
Earlier, in a similar incident in 2019, Banot was arrested after climbing the 557-foot-tall Marriott Hotel in Warsaw without any security.
According to the Daily Mail, he previously climbed the 500-foot Humber Bridge in the UK to raise funds for a girl suffering from glioma. He also climbed Romania’s 1,000-foot chimney, Barcelona’s 380-foot Melia Sky and a factory chimney in Silesia.
