Vicky Kaushal, Tripti Dimri, Amy Virk have taken the promotions of ‘Bad Newz’ a notch higher. The actors have appeared in a video that will remind you of the days of TikTok. Before and after montages with plot twists, thrilling shots and swag-filled endings form the primary essence of such short-form videos that became quite popular on the now banned platform in 2018. Vicky, Tripti and Amy’s latest clip will take you back in time.

In the video, Vicky offers chocolate to Tripti. Tripti gives Vicky a bottle of water which is already diluted. Vicky falls unconscious after drinking it. Amy enters the scene and takes Tripti away from Vicky. Tripti, who is quite popular in the TikTok format, takes a bite of the chocolate given by Vicky and falls unconscious. Ask how? Both Vicky and Amy see Tripti diluting the water from a distance and they, one step ahead of her, adulterate the chocolate. Not to forget Vicky and Amy’s swag-filled exit in the end.

Vicky Kaushal and ‘Bad Newz’ are trending even after the release of ‘Tauba Tauba’. Talking about the reason behind the success of the song, Vicky said, “We were very excited that we should collect this and do something (Let’s do a great job) And the choreographers, Bosco-Caesar, they have been choreographing such songs for the last 20 years. And they have worked on such great songs with Hrithik Roshan, Katrina Kaif and others.”

He further added, “We are very happy with the team that came together. We got 3-4 days to learn the steps of ‘Tauba Tauba’. Hats off to Bosco sir and his team who taught me the steps and worked hard on me. And you all gave me the fruits of my hard work and gave me a lot of love. Overall, we are very happy.”

Vicky also added, “There are some songs that create a flow of their own. There is nothing bigger than a song that we put on Highway and the audience adopts it from there. Same happened with ‘Tauba Tauba’. It is there in the film as well and whoever wants to enjoy this song on the big screen, please do.”

‘Bad News’ will release on July 19.
