Vicky Kaushal praises Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s vision amid delay in Love Aur War
Amid reports of delay in the film’s release, Vicky Kaushal expressed his gratitude for getting the opportunity to work with Sanjay Leela Bhansali in ‘Love and War’ (2026). The film also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.
Actor Vicky Kaushal talks about the experience of working with Sanjay Leela Bhansali love and war (2026) as a “bucket list” for each actor. Amid reports of delays in the romantic-drama, Vicky praised Sanjay’s “approach” and called him a “master of the art of filmmaking”.
Vicky while talking about the film in an interview absolutely filmysaid, “Being a part of a Sanjay Leela Bhansali film is on every actor’s bucket list. I have admired his films, I have admired him as a filmmaker, and I think he is truly a unique voice of India, who has a point of view, who tells stories that no one else can. He has truly mastered the art of filmmaking. I feel really lucky that in just ten years of my career, I have been able to make two brilliant films. Being a part of his film with the actors we all are, Ranbir and Alia. So yes, we are having a great time shooting it and we will see you next year.”
Recently Alia also talked about the experience of working with Sanjay. love and war“It’s a very special film, We’ve been shooting it for a whole year, and it never feels like enough, You always want another day, another moment, another scene where you’re just gathering energy,” he said in an interview with ET,
The actor further added, “Working with Sanjay sir is one of my most precious experiences because of the way he brings his magic to every single moment. But it’s also deeply collaborative. The energy on the set is very calm and focused. We come in, we work hard and everyone brings something different to the table. Of course, the final magic wand is always in the hands of Sanjay sir. It’s one of the most gratifying creative experiences I’ve had on a film set.”
Meanwhile, reports suggest that first look of love and war Could be unveiled in January 2026, although there is no official confirmation from the manufacturers yet.
Ranbir Kapoor also plays an important role in the film.
