Vicky Kaushal finds it surreal to host IIFA with Shah Rukh: There is no one like you
Vicky Kaushal, who co-hosted the IIFA Awards 2024 with Shah Rukh Khan, shared a heartfelt post for the iconic actor. Vicky expressed how surreal it was for him to share the stage with someone he admired and watched grow up.

In his post, Vicky shared how surreal the experience was for him as he grew up watching Shah Rukh Khan host and perform at award shows on television. Sharing the stage with the Bollywood icon felt like a dream come true for him.
Vicky shared a series of photos from the eventIn which it was shown for the first time that he was hugging Shahrukh from behind and Shahrukh kissed his cheek. She captioned the post, “From growing up watching him create magic with his hosting and on-stage performances, to last night, sharing the stage and being a part of that same magic. I saw many dreams! Thanks @iamsrk sir. There is no one like you, there never will be.”

Several videos and pictures from the starry event in Abu Dhabi show the great bond between the two stars. One of the viral moments of the awards night featured her dancing to SRK’s duplicate to Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam, which was replicated in Vicky’s recent film Bad News.

The IIFA festival began in Abu Dhabi on 27 September. The first day of the three-day event began with the IIFA Utsavam, an evening of felicitation. Talents of South Indian Cinema. Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Chiranjeevi and Nani among others won big at the event. Next came the red carpet of IIFA 2024 where the biggest names of Bollywood gathered to celebrate cinema on a grand note.
