It will be interesting to see how the collections on Saturday and Sunday grow with the upcoming festive days, especially attracting family audiences to theatres.

Vettaiyan will emerge as one of the highest grossing Tamil films of the year, creating new records in Tamil Nadu. However, it is unlikely to challenge the mega success of Rajinikanth’s Jailer, which released last year. It is also competing with Thalapathy Vijay’s GOAT performance.
