In a shocking turn of events, veteran Telugu actor Rajendra Prasad tragically lost his daughter Gayatri on October 5. He died untimely after complaining of chest pain. Gayatri was taken to a corporate hospital in Hyderabad late yesterday night, 4th October. However, despite great efforts of the medical team, he died during treatment.
According to a report in Money Control, Rajendra Prasad’s daughter initially experienced gastric discomfort and was later admitted to AIG Hospital in Hyderabad. However, he suffered a heart attack at around 12:40 pm, resulting in his death.
Furthermore, reports suggest that Rajendra Prasad was on a film set when he heard about his daughter Gayatri’s condition. It is noteworthy that the actor’s daughter was 38 years old and her last rites will be performed in Hyderabad today.
Gayatri is survived by her daughter Sai Tejaswini, who has worked as a child artiste. The entire family is in deep shock due to his demise. Rajendra Prasad, who has a son and a daughter, had earlier shared that after Gayatri’s love marriage, he did not speak to her for some time, but eventually reconciled with her.
