Venice Film Festival 2025 Full Lineup: Dwayne Johnson’s The Smashing Machine after Julia Roberts-Andrew Garfield’s Hunt

The Venice Film Festival is just a month away, and the movie lineup has been announced. The event will determine the platform for the upcoming award season, premiere of Hollywood’s best during the week when the festival continues.

Among the top claimants are Dwayne Johnson’s The Smashing Machine and Julia Roberts starrer, after Hunt. Both Johnson and Roberts are ready for their debut at the ceremony this year.

Unlike last year, Netflix has come strong with two titles competing at the film festival. Frankstein and A House of Dynamite are one of the most discussed films, making the film’s fans estimate.

In addition to the smashing machine and after hunting, one of the most visible films of the season is the voice of Hind Rajab. The story of the film is based on a real -life phenomenon where a young girl gets stuck in a car on fire. When she contacts the fire department, she keeps her online as the ambulance reaches her.

The Venice Film Festival is scheduled to begin on 27 August with La Grazia, directed by Paolo Sorantino, and the closing ceremony will be held on 6 September, with the film Dog 51, Sedric Jimnez.
