Actor Varun Dhawan joined Army Cadets for 50 push-ups challenge during the ‘Border 2’ shoot in the National Defense Academy (NDA), Pune. He introduced in the upcoming action-drama, which is the sequel to Sunny Deol’s 1997 war film ‘Border’.

Actor Varun Dhawan recently attended the National Defense Academy (NDA) cadets in Pune for 50 push-ups challenge during the shooting of ‘Border 2’. He shared a video of his intense, free-elevated cameradari with young cadets during the third schedule of under-production film on social media.
In the video behind the scenes shared by Dhawan on Instagram, he can be seen wearing twins with cadets, a white T-shirt and trousers. During the shoot break, in a light moment, the actor decided to do a 50-knuckle push-up as the cadets matched his grit and enthusiasm, while the crew and senior officials recorded him.
After completing the challenge, the crew teams and cadets can be seen cheering for the ‘Border 2’ actor as they raised their hands in enthusiasm. Dhawan captioned his Instagram post, ” Border 2 ‘, Hamare Sare young cadets (Nokal Challenge with all our young cadets). “

Currently being filmed in NDA, Pune schedule has an important leg of the Epicity ‘Border 2’. The epic action-drama brings a contingent of an artist characterized by Sunny Deol, Diljit Dosanj, and Ahaan Shetty. Recently, Shetty and Ahaan joined Dhawan and Deol for Pune shoots.
‘Border 2’ is supported by Bhushan Kumar, Krishna Kumar, JP Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta. Along with JP Dutta’s JP films, directed by Gulshan Kumar and T-Series, Anurag Singh, the sequel, has promised to take the audience on a spectacular journey of patriotism, courage and sacrifice.
On the lines of the previous installment, ‘Border 2’ also shows the valor and unmarried spirit of Indian soldiers.
The ‘Border’ was based on the 1971 Indo-Pak war. Apart from Deol, the film included Sunil Shetty, Jackie Shroff, Akshaye Khanna, Puneet Isar, Kulbhushan Kharband and Sudhesh Berry.
‘Border 2’ is scheduled for its dramatic release on 23 January 2025.
