Actor Wamiqa Gabbi has reportedly joined Akshay Kumar in Priyadarshan’s horror-comedy titled Bhoot Bangla. The film will have three female leads and Vamika is one of them. It is believed that he has already signed up for the project and the team will start shooting by next year.

A report published in Pinkvilla states that Vamika’s character will bring more laughs to the story and everyone is excited to have her on board. The report quoted a source close to the production as saying, “Vamika has impressed everyone with her work in the digital world, and is now looking to make it big in the theatrical medium with films like Baby John and then Bhoot Bangla.” Fully ready for it.” Has signed on the dotted lines and has played a solid role in Bhoot Bangla, which will generate laughter among the cinema going audience.”

Bhoot Bangla, which reunites Akshay with director Priyadarshan after 14 years, features a stellar cast including Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav and Asrani. The report states that in the story of the film, three girls live together in the same house. Currently the remaining casting is going on.

Meanwhile, Akshay is currently busy shooting for Housefull 5. The actor recently completed the overseas schedule of the film, and he is now set to complete a major schedule in Mumbai from the first week of November. The 50-day schedule will reportedly include the entire cast of the film and a huge set has been constructed in the city for the same.

Bhoot Bangla is expected to hit the screens by the end of 2025. Akshay and his team can start shooting in January.
